Data and Reporting Tools
Beacon offers a wealth of information at the click of a mouse. The data is extensive and can provide a glimpse into participant enrollment, participant completion, participant activity, and a review of contract hour charges.
Easy-to-use tools allow district and contract managers to quickly retrieve account, registration, and completion information. Data tools include:
- View Status of Contract
- View Completion List of Course Participants
- View Participant Enrollment from Past Courses
- Account Information - Search by Name, E-Mail Address, Employee ID, School ID
- Registration Information - Multiple Search Criteria
Reports are easily customized and available in tabular or Spreadsheet format. Various options allow the Contract or District Manager to select the appropriate data, filter the report, sort the data, then save and/or print.
