Forgot Password

Beacon Educator employees will never ask for your password nor do they have access to view your password. For security reasons, you will need to verify your account to reset your password. Beacon offers multiple ways to reset your password.

Reset password yourself:

  • Go to https://www.beaconeducator.com/.
  • Select "Reset your password".
  • Enter the email address you used to create your account.
  • Answer the system questions to verify your account.
  • The system will verify your account and send an email with the temporary password to the email associated with your account.

Speak with someone at Beacon:

  • Call 1-866-936-7352 Mon-Fri; 8am-4pm Central Time. Offices are closed on Fridays during the summer.
  • Provide user account information (full name, school/district, email address, employee ID, cell phone number, course/module completions).
  • Answer security question.

Chat with someone at Beacon:

  • Go to https://www.beaconeducator.com/ Mon-Fri; 8am-4pm Central Time. Offices are closed on Fridays during the summer.
  • Provide user account information (full name, school/district, email address, employee ID, cell phone number, course/module completions).
  • Answer security question.

Email Beacon help desk:

  • Go to https://www.beaconeducator.com/.
  • Complete and send the help-desk email form.
  • A help-desk team member will respond and request additional information to verify your account.
  • The team member will verify your account and send a separate email with a temporary password to the email account on file.
  • The team member will then respond to the original help-desk email and verify that they initiated the password reset.
