Registration Pages
 Beacon offers customized district-specific registration pages. Each page may contain any Beacon courses selected by the district. This feature allows potential participants to view only the courses and dates selected by the district.
Districts may choose to have all course offerings on one registration page or choose to have separate registration pages for each selected program. For example, one district may choose to create separate registration pages for ESOL courses, reading courses, and gifted courses, while another district may prefer to have ESOL, reading, and gifted course offerings on a single registration page.
In addition, each page contains an application form that requests all information needed for enrollment. When a participant completes the application, an e-mail containing the information is sent to the district contract manager. This information can then be used to enroll participants into the courses or to screen participants for course eligibility.
