Forgot Username

Beacon Educator uses email addresses as usernames. Some accounts are created by the user’s district. If this is the case, your username most likely is your district email address. We provide multiple ways to retrieve your username.

Retrieve username yourself:

  • Go to https://www.beaconeducator.com/.
  • Answer the questions to verify your account.
  • If you provided a cell phone number, a verification code will be sent via text.
  • If you did not provide a cell phone number, use one of the steps below.

Speak to someone at Beacon:

  • Call 1 (866) 936-7352 during office hours. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Central Time. Our offices are closed on Fridays during the summer.
  • Be prepared to provide your full name, school/district, employee ID (if applicable), security question answer and/or cell phone number (if provided), and information on previous course or module completions.

Chat with someone at Beacon:

Email Beacon help desk:

  • Go to https://www.beaconeducator.com/.
  • Complete the help-desk email form.
  • A help-desk team member will email you and request additional information to verify your account. Once your account is verified, the team member will provide your current username and assist in changing your username if necessary.
