Description
Investigate the Response to Intervention (RtI) model along with its stages. Identify how to identify the problem and options for intervention.
Learning Objectives
- Understand the problem solving process used in the Response to Intervention (RtI) framework.
- Recognize that interventions must be scientifically research-based.
- Identify various types of assessments utilized in the RtI framework, including screening, progress monitoring, diagnostic, and outcome measures.
- Understand the characteristics of each level of tiered instruction.
- Recognize the implications of RtI on the identification of students with specific learning disabilities.

Participants must document their learning by completing the following summative.
1 Multiple Choice Quiz - Learner demonstrates knowledge of content by selecting
the correct answer from the choices provided.
The summative must meet 80% of the established criteria.
