Susan Phinn

Local Facilitator (Miami-Dade County Schools)

Susan works full-time as an ESE Specialist at a local Charter School in South Florida. She has served as a gifted teacher, elementary teacher, and grade level lead. She also coaches at Miami Regional University. Susan holds a BA in Elementary Education and an MS in Educational Leadership. She is certified in PreK Education, Elementary Education, Exceptional Student Education and Educational Leadership and is endorsed in ESOL and Gifted.

Susan facilitates Beacon courses for Noble Education Initiative.
