Loida Howard
Local Facilitator (Okaloosa County Schools)
Loida Howard is an Instructional Literacy Coach for the Okaloosa School District. She has served as an elementary school teacher and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) teacher. She has 14 years of teaching experience in grades 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade. Loida holds a BA in Liberal Studies and a MA in Educational Leadership. She is certified in Elementary Education and is endorsed in Reading, ESOL, and Gifted.
Loida facilitates Beacon courses for Okaloosa County Schools.
