Serenity Andrews
Beacon Facilitator

Serenity joined Beacon as a facilitator because she has a passion for growing educators into lifelong learners.  She has been with Bay District Schools for over 20 years as an elementary teacher, school based administrator, staff training specialist for new teachers, and is currently the Instructional Specialist for School Improvement at the District level.  Serenity holds a Bachelors in Elementary Education, Masters in Reading Instruction and Curriculum and Educational Leadership.  She is certified in Elementary K-6 and Exceptional Student Education and holds endorsements for Reading and Gifted Students.
