Investigate the core areas of ESOL instruction: methods of teaching, curriculum and materials, testing and evaluation, cross-cultural communications, and applied linguistics. This program provides content that is appropriate for a national audience. In Florida, it targets teachers of language arts and reading and may lead to endorsement. Beacon also provides programs for teachers, administrators, and guidance counselors. All courses include both instructional components and application activities that align with the objectives for the Florida K-12 Gifted Endorsement.
