  • Understand a six-step conflict resolution process.
  • Apply the conflict resolution process to workplace conflicts to achieve win-win solutions.
  • Explore the aspects of an Interest-based Relational Approach (IBA) to conflict.

The summative must meet 80% of the established criteria.
