Sharla currently teaches Intensive Reading and English/Language Arts at the high school level. She has also served as a Reading Coach at middle and high school levels. Sharla is Florida certified in English and has ESOL and Reading Endorsements. She is also certified in English and ESOL in Virginia. Sharla has a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Florida.
