Erica Watts

Local Facilitator (Nassau County Schools)

Erica obtained her B.A. in Romance Languages from the University of Georgia. She has taught first, second, and fourth grade as well as adults and has vast experience as an instructional technology coach, a new teacher induction coach, a grade level chair, an intern supervisor, and more. Erica has also planned and facilitated a variety of professional development components on topics surrounding Elementary Reading and Math as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is certified in Elementary Education K-6 and Spanish Education K-12 and holds Reading and ESOL endorsements. In addition to being a top five finalist for Nassau County Teacher of the Year in 2021, she is currently pursuing a master's degree in Educational Leadership.
