Natalie has served as an elementary school reading coach and an elementary teacher. She holds a BA in Elementary Education and an M.Ed. in Reading and Curriculum Instruction. She is certified in Reading K-12, Elementary Education, and ESOL.

Natalie facilitates Beacon courses for Nassau County Schools.
