Joseph Howell

Joseph is a Consultant for Web Services at Beacon Educator, where he has worked for 12 years. Previously, he served as Director of Instructional Technology at Pensacola State College and Professor of History and the Humanities at Gulf Coast State College. Joe holds a Ph.D. from Florida State University. His publications include Life Choices: A Hastings Center Introduction to Bioethics (Georgetown) and Technology for Teachers: Mastering New Media and Portfolio Development (McGraw-Hill.)
