Laura Lay

Online Curriculum Developer

Laura is an Online Curriculum Developer for Beacon Educator. She has been an educator for over 38 years, teaching in Tennessee, Alabama, and across Northwest Florida. She taught all subjects in Pre-K--3 and music K--2. She was also a reading intervention teacher in grades 1-5 and a district literacy coach. Laura has a B.S. in Elementary Education from Asbury University and an M.A. in Education from the University of West Florida. She is certified in Elementary Education and Pre-K/Primary, with endorsements in Literacy Coach, Reading, and ESOL.
