Cathy Starling

Partner Relations Consultant

Cathy serves as a liaison to partner districts, helping them use Beacon's administrative tools and plan for future professional learning needs. She also offers guidance for improving website design and implementing administrative practices.

Prior to retirement from full-time work, she was Project Director for 16 years and Professional Learning Coordinator for 4 years. She has served as a technology resource teacher, a middle school mathematics, science, reading, and geography teacher. She has been an adjunct and teaching assistant at Florida State University. Cathy holds a BA in Elementary education an MS in Science Education. Her research focus is in administration and online professional learning for K-12 educators.
