Zina proposes and coordinates the scheduling of endorsement courses face-to-face and online for Miami-Dade County Public Schools in her role as Curriculum Support Specialist for the Office of Professional Development. Having taught grades K-6 she went on to become a Reading Coach and later supported teachers in the classroom as part of a grant funded district initiative to improve teacher effectiveness. She holds a BS in Elementary Education, an MS in TESOL, is certified in Educational Leadership, and is Reading and ESOL endorsed.
